Natty Flat Smokehouse is a Texas barbecue restaurant in Lipan, opened in 2001 as the first smokehouse of a family business. It is known for its Texas-style barbecue, and its sister business, the Bent Bucket Bakery, is known for fried pies rated top five in Texas by Texas Highways. The Mineral Wells location opened in 2017 and sits one block from historic downtown.

The Lipan location is next to the Texas Hill Country Furniture and Mercantile, and the restaurant serves plates and catering. Lipan is open seven days a week, with the Mineral Wells store also open daily and closed only on a few holidays. Catering orders can be arranged by phone.
