Xtractify

Xtractify is a locally owned, family-operated carpet cleaning company serving the Lincoln community, and it has been in business since 2024. The company specializes in steam extraction for both home and commercial carpets, and it also handles tile and grout, upholstery and sanitizing work.

Carpet cleaning comes in tiered packages, with add-ons for pet stain and odor treatment, specialized stain removal and protectant and deodorizer. Estimates are free and bookings can be made online or by phone. The team uses green cleaning chemicals, and it offers a one-week stain guarantee along with a promise to redo a service that doesn't meet expectations. Owner Matthew Perez runs the business.
