Kimco Self Storage

Kimco Self Storage rents storage units in Lincoln, Nebraska, with unit sizes running from 5 by 5 feet up to 10 by 40 feet. Indoor units with swing doors and outdoor units with roll-up doors are both available, and the company suggests students who need extra room during breaks or summers at home may find the rates useful. Units are not climate controlled.

A cleaning and damage deposit is required on all units, and the minimum rental is one month. Insurance for stored items can be bought through the office. Units are reserved by phone, and the rental office is at 6000 South 56th Street on Lincoln's south side. Gate access runs from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, while the office keeps shorter weekday and Saturday hours.
