Four Paws

Four Paws is a pet grooming shop in Lincoln that works on dogs and cats, with full-service grooming from a standard shampoo to pawdicures, de-matting, shaving and trimming. Coat treatments such as de-shedding, medicated, oatmeal and hypoallergenic shampoos are available on request, along with ear cleaning, teeth brushing and anal gland care. Ben and Jamie have owned the business for 20 years, and Jamie and Amy are the groomers.

The shop takes dogs up to 80 pounds and keeps them out of kennels unless the owner or the dog's behavior calls for one, so dogs can play together under supervision. Pricing depends on breed, size, coat and the haircut requested. Appointments are booked by phone, and hours may shift with the schedule. The shop is at South Street in Lincoln, and Four Paws has been in the area for more than 40 years.
