Bill's Heating & Air Conditioning

Bill's Heating & Air Conditioning is a Lincoln heating and cooling company that repairs and installs air conditioners, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and boilers. The family business started in the 1950s as Bill's Sheet Metal and is now run by the third generation. It is an authorized American Standard dealer, and its technicians also service most other major brands.

The office keeps weekday business hours, but emergency calls for no heat or failed AC are answered around the clock. Maintenance plans include two visits a year, one in spring for the AC and one in fall for the furnace. Written estimates are provided before work begins, and most repairs are finished the same day. Bill's covers Lincoln and Lancaster County, including Waverly, Hickman, Bennet, Malcolm and Raymond.
