The Parkour & Performing Arts Center

The Parkour & Performing Arts Center, also called The PPAC, is a gym that teaches parkour, aerial arts, martial arts, tumbling, stunts and ninja-style movement. It describes itself as a progression-based academy and performing arts center, and it offers classes for children from age 2 and up as well as adults of any age. Its programs include kids parkour for ages 5 to 12, teen and adult parkour, aerial silks, ninja-jutsu classes for toddlers, professional travel circus and film production.

Classes can be tried out with a trial class, and the center also offers memberships, open gym time, private lessons, camps, stunt workshops and birthday parties. It is an approved physical education and curriculum vendor for public homeschool charters. The gym is at 941 Sterling Parkway in Lincoln and is open Monday through Friday, all year except major holidays.
