BTS Properties is a residential property management company that handles rentals for individual landlords and owners of multi-family buildings. Its services cover resident screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, accounting, and eviction handling, along with marketing vacant units and preparing homes to rent. The company was founded by Andrew Sucato, a former software engineer who started as a landlord with a duplex and later built the company's operating systems himself.

Owners can follow their properties through an owner portal, and residents have their own portal for paying rent and submitting repair requests. The office has no public walk-in space, so questions go through the phone line or email. Office hours are weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the office is closed on weekends.
