Gray

Gray is an industrial design-build contractor that brings construction, engineering, architecture, automation, equipment fabrication and real estate together under one team. The company works mainly with manufacturers, food and beverage plants, data centers, distribution operations and advanced technology facilities, handling greenfield builds, brownfield sites and in-plant modernizations. A recent featured project was a 327,000 square foot cathode foil plant for LOTTE in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Gray's design-build model keeps planning, engineering, procurement and construction under one roof, which the company says reduces handoffs. Its international team supports foreign manufacturers expanding into the U.S. The headquarters office is on Quality Street in Lexington, Kentucky, and the company lists other locations on its site.
