Route 12 Dumpsters

Route 12 Dumpsters rents roll-off dumpsters for homeowners, contractors and businesses, and also offers junk removal for customers who would rather not load their own debris. Five container sizes run from a 10 yard for tight driveways up to a 40 yard for construction jobsites, and a lower, walk-in style 30 yard makes heavy loading easier in short driveways. Estate and property cleanouts, demolition debris and roofing or renovation tear-outs are among the common jobs.

Prices for each size include delivery, pickup and a set weight allowance, though taxes and any overage or special-item fees are extra. Same-day delivery is offered, and rentals run seven days. The company is based in Leominster and serves North Central Massachusetts, including Fitchburg, Lunenburg, Sterling, Lancaster and Clinton. Customers can call or email with questions about sizing and placement, or check whether a ZIP code is in the delivery area.
