Foster-Healey Real Estate

Foster-Healey Real Estate is a locally owned real estate brokerage that has been operating in North Central Massachusetts since 1924. The company lists and sells homes across a wide region, with listings that run from Athol to Leominster and from Townsend to Petersham, including Ashburnham, New Salem, Princeton and Westminster. Its agents are mostly lifelong locals, and the firm presents itself as an independent alternative to larger franchise brokerages.

The company has offices in downtown Leominster and in the Gardner Plaza Shopping Center off Route 2 in Gardner, and it is owned and run by Rick Healey. Buyers and sellers can search listings, request a home valuation, or register to save searches and favorite homes. Spanish is spoken at the office. Calls and visits to either office are welcome during business hours.
