Amy Aubertin Nutrition

Amy Aubertin Nutrition offers nutrition counseling focused on eating disorders, disordered eating, PCOS (now called PMOS), and digestive issues such as IBS. Amy is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant, and her approach is weight-inclusive and non-diet, with no food restriction or cutting out foods as a starting point. She also works with chronic dieting, emotional eating, intuitive eating, and chronic medical conditions through medical nutrition therapy.

New clients can book a free introduction call by phone, email or the website form. The first visit is a 60-minute initial appointment, followed by follow-up sessions. Amy works with adults, adolescents and families, and accepts several insurance plans as well as direct fee-for-service payment. Her office is at 53 Merriam Avenue in Leominster, Massachusetts, and telehealth sessions are available to residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
