RL Builders

RL Builders is a family-owned custom home builder that works mainly on upscale custom homes, along with high-end kitchen and bath remodels, whole-home renovations, basement build-outs and additions. The owner, Frank Lello, runs each job himself and is on site every day. The company also handles fire restoration, demolition and select commercial build-outs, and it is a licensed electrical contractor, so electrical work can be included in a project.

Projects start with a consultation to go over goals, budget and timeline, followed by planning, permits and scheduling. Custom homes are built on land the client already owns, and most of the work comes from referrals. RL Builders is based at 913 State St in Lemont and serves 33 towns around the southwest suburbs of Chicago, with the site listing towns such as Naperville, Orland Park and Joliet. Homes up to 10,000 square feet are typically finished in under a year.
