National Fitness Campaign is a wellness consulting firm that helps cities, counties, schools and other partners fund, plan and install Fitness Court outdoor gyms, which are free to use. Its free Fitness Court app connects to those outdoor courts and offers workouts for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, featured challenges and trainer-led videos that teach the seven core movements: core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility and bend.

The app can also track steps, average heart rate, time spent on the court and calories burned, and it works with Apple and Android health data. An interactive map helps people find nearby Fitness Courts. Municipalities, school districts and colleges interested in a court can contact the campaign for grant information, and the company is based in San Francisco.
