Cafe Triskele

Café Triskele is a dinner restaurant run by husband-and-wife chefs Gilbert and Rebecca Clerget, who cook the comforting food they love for their neighbors. Gilbert trained in kitchens in France and spent years cooking in top Washington, DC restaurants and country clubs, while Rebecca came up through pastry kitchens, including Relais & Chateaux properties and The White House.

Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 pm, with Sunday dinners running seasonally from Memorial Day through December 31. Reservations can be booked online through Resy, parties of any size are arranged by phone, and takeout orders can be placed online. The family moved to Lee to open the bistro, and the owners' two children are part of the story.
