Coastal Dreams Realty Group

Coastal Dreams Realty Group is a real estate team serving buyers and sellers across the Greater Houston area and down to the Galveston County coast. The team is led by broker Stacy McAdams, with Gigi Baur and Monique Hudspeth-Eke working as realtors. They promote listings with professional photography, aerial shots, virtual tours and YouTube videos, along with social media advertising.

The agents say much of their business comes from referrals and repeat clients. Stacy McAdams holds a Military Relocation Certification and works with VA loans, and the team donates part of its commissions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Camp Hope and Children's Miracle Network. Service areas include League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Webster, Seabrook, Sugar Land, Katy, Rosenberg and Galveston.
