CMB HVAC

CMB HVAC is a locally owned heating, cooling and water heater company based in Layton, Utah. The team handles furnace and AC repair, maintenance and installation, heat pumps including dual-fuel systems that pair a heat pump with a furnace for backup, indoor air quality equipment, ductwork and thermostat controls, and tank or tankless water heaters. Its lead technicians are EPA 608 and NATE gas certified, and the company says it sizes new systems with Manual J load calculations.

CMB HVAC works at the customer's property rather than from a storefront, and it serves Davis, Salt Lake and Morgan counties, plus Ogden, North Ogden, Roy and Hooper. Online booking is available around the clock, and the company provides 24/7 service. Technician visits run Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with shorter Saturday and Sunday hours. Written quotes are good for 90 days.
