Pizza-Shuttle

Pizza Shuttle has been making pizza in Lawrence since 1984, with dough mixed fresh each day and a house sauce built on California tomatoes and the restaurant's own spice blend. Known for its specialty pies as well as a simple single-topping cream cheese pizza, the kitchen uses 100% cheese and 100% meat, and vegetables arrive daily from local suppliers.

This is a locally owned independent restaurant rather than a chain, and its stated goal is a quality meal at a fair price, delivered promptly. Orders can be placed online or by phone for pickup or delivery. Pizza Shuttle also runs locations in Topeka, Manhattan, Wichita and Kansas City, Missouri.
