This Is Yoga NJ

This Is Yoga NJ is a yoga studio founded by Amanda and Jennie, who began with hot yoga and ran pop-up classes around Ocean County before opening their own space. The studio offers yoga classes, beach yoga, yoga hikes, Reiki sessions and private yoga, with an emphasis on community and well-being.

Newcomers can try a two-week unlimited pass for $59 that covers in-studio and virtual classes. Monthly memberships are $135 with a six-month commitment and include 10% off events and retail plus two bring-a-friend guest passes. Classes can be booked in advance online, and gift cards are available. The studio is on Grand Central Avenue in Lavallette, and questions can be sent by text or call.
