Yen Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice focused on spinal adjustments, personal injury recovery and holistic healing. Its services include chiropractic adjustments, Graston soft tissue therapy, dry needling, shockwave, laser and ultrasound therapy, and nasal release. The practice also handles physicals for sports and work and permanent partial disability ratings for workers' compensation.

Dr. Daniel D. Yen, a 2005 graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, leads the practice and is licensed in California and Nevada. Patients with car accident or workplace injuries can receive care while working with their attorneys, and new patients receive a comprehensive exam before treatment. The office is at 3231 N Decatur Blvd in Las Vegas, and Dr. Yen serves patients across the Las Vegas Valley and nearby areas.
