Thrive Kickboxing runs instructor-led fitness kickboxing classes built around bag work, with punches, kicks and combinations, plus strength and conditioning. The classes are cardio-focused rather than contact or sparring, and they are aimed at beginners as well as people with more experience. The Craig Road studio is in Northwest Las Vegas.
No experience, equipment or fitness level is required to start, and the instructors lead every class so newcomers know what to do. New visitors can try three classes for $19.99 with no contract, and ongoing membership pricing is available by calling the studio.
