The Xgroove Drum Lessons

The Xgroove teaches drums one-on-one and through a flashcard system called The Xgroove Drum Method, built around core grooves with ghost notes, fills, double bass and four-limb coordination added as students advance. Lessons are offered at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and students can play along with real songs and backing tracks. Chad Peters, a drummer with more than 20 years of experience who performed in the local metal scene, leads the lessons and developed the method.

The lessons are private, so students work directly with Chad at his Las Vegas location on Woods Hole Bay Street. A free trial lesson is available, and the flashcards can be ordered online for practice at home. The method suits students of all ages who want a structured way to build coordination and confidence behind the kit.
