D.J.R. Construction

D.J.R. Construction is a general contractor and builder that also offers construction management, pre-construction planning and design/build services. Owner David J. Roberts leads the company, and its stated focus is delivering projects on time, on budget and to the quality the owner wants. The firm can act as the general contractor, managing subcontractors, costs, schedules and closeout, or as the owner's representative overseeing the rest of the project team.

Clients can choose how much involvement they want, from a traditional general contractor role to a single point of contact for the whole project under design/build. Early-stage help covers land use research, conceptual budgeting and finding project team members. Roberts has formal training in construction engineering, architecture and management, with experience across retail, hospitality, commercial, residential, health care and institutional work. Projects and inquiries are handled by phone.
