Carson Kitchen

Carson Kitchen serves creative American cuisine and crafted cocktails in a reimagined comfort food style, with ingredients that come from fine dining. The restaurant opened in 2014 and is known as a fixture of the Downtown Las Vegas dining scene, with a contemporary bar, an open kitchen expo counter and community tables.

The restaurant sits inside the repurposed mid-century John E. Carson Hotel at the corner of Carson Avenue and 6th Street, and it has an outdoor rooftop bar and a courtyard where guests can have a cocktail. Dine-in reservations and group dining are available, and orders can also be placed for delivery through DoorDash. Gift cards are sold.
