Professional Dog Training Services

Progress 4 Paws is a private dog training business run by certified trainer Alison Schaefer, offering one-on-one work tailored to each dog's needs and goals. Services include an initial in-home consultation, virtual sessions over Zoom, six-lesson private packages, puppy training for dogs under 14 weeks, and an accelerated program where the trainer comes to the home four days a week. Training is built around positive reinforcement, using things the dog enjoys as rewards for good behavior.

The business serves dogs and owners throughout Pinellas County, and the trainer's base is in Largo. New clients can book a free call before committing to a plan. Alison holds certifications from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and Animal Behavior College, plus a Canine Strength and Conditioning Coach credential from North Carolina State University.
