Merch Ops

Merch Ops, also known as Forty Millimeter, is a screen printing and embroidery shop producing custom t-shirts and other garments for businesses, schools, clubs, churches, sports teams and families. Printing options include spot color, halftone, four-color process and simulated process, and embroidery is done on commercial high-speed machines. The shop also offers custom stickers, banners and DTF transfers, and it works with schools, colleges and sports organizations on team uniforms and spirit wear.

All production happens in-house, with an in-house art department that can help with logos and designs. Visits are by appointment only, so call 727-581-4066 or send an email request first. The shop serves customers across the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Largo, and it is located in Largo.
