Its tools are built for hearing care professionals who test patients and fit hearing instruments, with live speech mapping and a hearing instrument test chamber among the lineup.

The equipment is compact and portable, designed to fit into smaller retail testing and fitting rooms. Software updates can be downloaded at any hour, and training and technical support are offered live and online. The main U.S. office is in Largo, Florida, and a separate international office operates in Poland.
