Damatta Experience LLC Signature Bakes

Damatta Signature Bakes makes handcrafted gourmet cookies, rich brownies, cookie cakes and bite-sized treats, with gourmet cookies at the center of the line. Founder Elouris Damatta trained in cake decorating in North Carolina and previously ran a catering business. The brand also includes Damatta Confections, a luxury dessert line made for gifts and celebrations.

Custom desserts, dessert tables and catering for events of all sizes need to be ordered one week in advance. Orders can be picked up in Largo or delivered across Pinellas County for a fee, and cookies can be shipped across the country. A monthly cookie box with rotating flavors is also available. Payment is taken by Square or Zelle, and the baker also sells at Moon Grove Market in Tarpon Springs.
