Creative Contracting

Creative Contracting is a design/build remodeling firm serving Montgomery and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Its work centers on kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, room additions, and exterior renovations, with projects that include a pool room addition, a garage converted into a great room, and a primary bathroom remodel in North Wales. The firm was founded in 1988 by Bob and Kim DuBree, and Bob handles the initial sales meetings while coordinating the project.

The design team produces layouts and renderings before construction starts, and clients can review material selections at a supplier showroom. Project progress is tracked through an online platform with budgets, timelines and photos. The office is at 258 W. 8th Street in Lansdale, and the firm lists a service area that includes Lansdale, Ambler, Harleysville, Doylestown and North Wales.
