Cascade Management

Cascade Management is a property and asset management company that has been handling rental housing since 1974. It oversees roughly 200 properties in Oregon and Washington, most of them low- and moderate-income, affordable, or workforce housing, along with some market-rate rentals. Its services include leasing and marketing, asset preservation, development, resident relocation, and consulting.

The company works under tax credit, bond, HOME, HUD, and rural development rules, so many of its communities have income limits, and it tracks each unit individually. Renaissance Flats, its income-restricted affordable community at 232 Talent Avenue in Talent, offers two- and three-bedroom apartments. Interested renters can submit a request for information, and applications are picked up and dropped off at the building. The leasing office keeps weekday hours.
