Palmetto Massage offers therapeutic massage in several styles, including signature sessions, hot stone, prenatal, couples and pediatric massage, along with craniosacral therapy. The practice also provides nutritional therapy and fitness coaching, with StrongHer Training and CAROL Bike REHIT training for those who want structured workouts. Founder Karen Dickson started out on the path to massage through a pediatric office, and she has added nutrition and functional fitness to the work over time.
