Pritchetts Roofing

Pritchetts Roofing is a family roofing company that handles residential roof replacement, roof repair and flat or low-slope roofs, including light commercial work. The company is a Malarkey Certified Residential Contractor and an authorized IB Roof Systems installer for single-ply PVC membrane roofs. Jared Pritchett and his brother Joshua run the business, which has been operating since 1978.

The company works through an in-home estimate and sample review, and it focuses on solving the problem at hand rather than pushing a sale. Pre-installation inspections are part of the process, and installations take place year-round. The business is based in Lakewood, Washington, and serves most of the Puget Sound region, including Lakewood, Tacoma, Puyallup-area towns and the Steilacoom and Gig Harbor areas.
