Tapestry Coffee

Tapestry Coffee is a Minnesota coffee roaster that also runs two cafés in Lakeville. Coffee is roasted after each order and shipped across the U.S., with approachable blends such as Abstract, Loom and Perennial alongside single-origin coffees like a natural Colombia and a washed Kenya.

Both cafés serve house-made drinks and offer a space to work, meet or relax, and they are open every day through the morning and early afternoon. One is Downtown and the other is at Lakeville Crossings. Coffee subscriptions can ship on a schedule, and the business also supplies coffee to offices, churches and restaurants, with barista training included for wholesale accounts.
