RCM Renovations

RCM Renovations is a remodeling and construction firm led by owner Ryan Murphy, a hands-on contractor with a background in woodworking and full property renovations. Its work centers on kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, interior remodels, and decks and porches, with exterior upgrades to windows, siding, and roofing also offered. The company takes on demolition, framing, custom trim, and tile installation as well.

Crews serve homeowners across the South Metro and nearby suburbs, including Eagan, Lakeville, and Shakopee. Free estimates are available through a request on the website, and projects move from consultation through planning and construction to a final walkthrough. Weekday hours run into the late afternoon, and weekend visits are by appointment.
