Paradise Property Services

Paradise Property Services is a lawn care and landscaping company run by owner Cory Kopel. Weekly lawn mowing for homes and businesses is the core of the work, with spring and fall cleanups, mulch refreshing, fertilization and weed control, lawn aeration and seeding, and broader landscaping projects built around the growing season.

Mowing runs from about April to mid-November, a season of roughly 26 to 30 weeks. You don't need to be home for visits as long as the yard is clear of items that could get in the way. Mowing days are set by service route rather than chosen by the customer, and billing is by card after each visit. Quotes are free, and the company works mainly in Lakeville and nearby South Metro towns, including Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan and Farmington.
