Northland Paving

Northland Paving is an asphalt paving contractor that handles parking lots, residential streets, grading, asphalt patching, mill and overlay work, and concrete or asphalt curbs. Its crews work on everything from small residential properties to large distribution centers, schools, churches, retail sites and industrial facilities.

The company was founded in 2002 by Dan Dauffenbach and has been woman-owned since Kaye Klinefelter bought it in December 2021. Its crews are union workers. Striping is typically handled by its longtime partner Preferred Striping Minnesota once paving is finished. The business serves commercial and residential clients and lists a Lakeville address.
