Trevi Hills is a gated residential community of about 800 acres in the rolling hills of Lakeside, just east of San Diego. The plan calls for 250 custom-built estate homes on homesites ranging from just under an acre to more than 2.5 acres. It is known for its vineyard lifestyle, sunset views, and hiking trails, and the community includes a winery.

Buyers can view available homes and homes under construction through the sales office, and visits are arranged by scheduling a tour. Potential buyers need to bring their agents on the first visit. Each homeowner joins the community association, which maintains the gate, roads, trails, sewer system, and brush clearing. Downtown San Diego is less than half an hour away.
