McDonough Construction

McDonough Construction is a family-owned home builder in Lakeland that takes on custom homes, remodels and additions. Owner Shawn McDonough draws on years of construction experience, and the company aims to combine luxury with everyday function so that each home suits the family that will live in it. Projects start with a conversation about the owner's ideas and budget before the design is set.

The company is licensed, insured and bonded in Florida and serves Lakeland and the surrounding areas. Estimates can be requested through the website's quote form or by phone, and the office keeps weekday hours from 9 AM to 4 PM. Homeowners who want one general contractor to handle the whole job will find the team ready to take it on, and the company names South State Bank as its trusted mortgage lender.
