Highland Pet Hospital

Highland Pet Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital serving dogs and cats, with preventive care, dental services, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and same-day care. The practice also has a reproductive services side for breeders, including breeding soundness exams, health and genetic screening, semen collection and freezing, artificial insemination, pregnancy monitoring, C-sections and neonatal puppy care. Laser therapy is offered for inflammation, mobility and recovery after surgery or injury.

The hospital has been part of Lakeland for more than fifty years and has veterinarians with experience in general practice, surgery and reproductive medicine. Appointments are made by phone, and the office on Bartow Road is open Monday through Friday during the day, closed on weekends. Newer clients are welcome, and the team puts an emphasis on explaining options before treatment.
