Evangelisto Construction

Evangelisto Construction is a state-certified general contractor that handles kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, home additions, and mother-in-law suites. The company also takes on custom homes and some commercial projects, and it handles design, permits, and the build under one roof. Owner Doug Evangelisto is involved from the first visit through the final inspection.

Projects start with a free consultation at the home, followed by a written, fixed-scope estimate. The company files permits with the City of Lakeland or Polk County and offers a two-year workmanship warranty. Work covers Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Haines City, Davenport, Polk City, and the rest of Polk County. The office keeps weekday hours.
