Energy Code Consulting

Energy Code Consulting prepares complete HVAC and energy design packages for Florida residential projects. Each package includes Manual J room-by-room heat load calculations, Manual D duct design, Manual T air device selection, Manual S equipment selection, and the Florida energy code forms needed to pull a permit. The firm works with architects, building contractors, homeowners and HVAC contractors on new homes, additions, remodels and conversion of unconditioned space to living area.

Clients fill out a residential information form or existing residential kit so the calculations reflect the actual walls, windows, roof, orientation and layout of each home. Drawings are delivered as PDFs with equipment schedules, duct layouts and code notes for field installation. The office is at 2706 Atlanta Ave in Lakeland, and the firm works with clients through its online ordering and by phone.
