DBR Construction and Roofing

DBR Construction and Roofing is a licensed general contractor with its own roofing division. It builds new custom and spec homes, home additions and mother-in-law suites, remodels kitchens, bathrooms and whole houses, and handles commercial tenant and interior buildouts and site work such as land clearing and grading. The roofing side replaces and repairs roofs and handles storm damage. The company was founded in 2021 by two Lakeland builders with more than 20 years of hands-on experience.

The company pulls permits, schedules licensed trades and manages inspections under one contract, so a project has a single point of contact. Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty, and roof replacements carry a 25-year workmanship warranty. Free estimates are offered, and roofing emergencies are covered 24 hours a day. The office is in Lakeland, and the crews work across Polk and Hillsborough counties, including Tampa and Plant City.
