Dr. Divyang C. Ayar leads Coastal Vascular Center, a practice focused on arterial and vein conditions. Dr. Ayar is board certified in vascular and interventional radiology, and the practice treats peripheral arterial disease, leg pain and gangrene, deep vein thrombosis, varicose and spider veins, and uterine fibroids with image-guided, minimally invasive procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, and uterine fibroid embolization.

Patients can schedule an appointment online or by phone at either the Lake Jackson or Pearland office. Most procedures use tiny pinhole access and are done in an outpatient setting, so many people return to normal activities quickly.
