Stick & Stone Holistic Health is a bodywork practice in Hamlin, part of Soulworks Collective, where Shelby offers several forms of massage with a focus on Thai Yoga. Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a floor mat and combines compression with stretching, and there are also Thai foot massages, deep tissue work, cupping, warm bamboo treatments and hemp massage using locally sourced hemp products. Crystal healing pairs energy work with intuitive massage.

Sessions run from 15 minutes to two hours, and appointments are booked online. Wear loose, comfortable clothing for Thai massage, since skirts and wide-legged pants are not recommended. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day changes carry a $50 fee. Gift certificates can be purchased in person, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings. The studio is in the Northern Pocono Mountains.
