JEC Custom Homes

JEC Custom Homes, the working name of Jeremy Edwards Construction, Inc., builds high-end custom stick, log, and post and beam homes, along with small businesses. The company handles new construction from planning and design through permitting, building, finishing, and occupancy, and it also takes on additions, renovations of bathrooms and kitchens, and framing and finishing work for other builders.

Log and timber frame homes are a specialty, since they call for different design, planning, and assembly skills than stick-built or modular houses. Projects can start from finished plans or from early ideas. The office is at 1688 Cortez Road in Lake Ariel, and the hours are Monday through Friday with Saturday mornings, with special appointments available by arrangement.
