Nellie Gail Ranch Owners Association

Nellie Gail Ranch Owners Association runs the homeowners association for the Nellie Gail Ranch community in Laguna Hills. Its recreation side includes a clubhouse, an equestrian center, parks and trails, a swim center, a tennis center and pickleball courts. The association also publishes the Pony Express community magazine and a weekly update for residents.

Most of its work serves homeowners, including architectural review submittals, board and committee meetings, and community records. The association office can help schedule events at the amenities or set up a new club. Entry points use license plate recognition cameras, and the association describes how that data is handled in a published policy. The equestrian center has its own office on Nellie Gail Road in Laguna Hills.
