Modern Xteriors

Modern Xteriors is a roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roof repair and replacement, with a focus on storm and hail damage. The company also installs vinyl, engineered wood and hardwood siding, and custom seamless aluminum gutters in a range of colors. Storm damage claims are part of the work: the crew documents damage with photos, meets the insurance adjuster, and walks homeowners through materials and colors before any contract is signed.

Inspections are free and come with no obligation, and they can be requested by phone or through the online form. Inspections of a home usually take between 15 minutes and half an hour, and the crew wears boots that won't damage the roof. The company is fully licensed and insured, and it applies for the permits needed for the job. Its office is in Plymouth Meeting, with a second office in Independence, Ohio.
