Properties Plus

Properties Plus is a property management and real estate company that places tenants in homes it manages and handles the day-to-day work for owners of rental property. Its listings include houses, townhomes, apartments and condos, with floor plans and amenities that vary by home. For owners, the company handles marketing vacancies, tenant screening, rent collection, property walk-throughs, maintenance coordination, carpet and general cleaning, security deposit processing and accounting.

Renters can submit applications online and pay rent through a secure online system, and they can report routine maintenance problems the same way. A 24/7 maintenance line covers urgent issues. Office hours are on weekdays, and the company is based in Lafayette, serving the Front Range from Boulder and Denver to Fort Collins and nearby areas.
