Moonstone Construction and Development

Moonstone Construction and Development is a general contractor and home builder that handles custom home building, residential remodels, design/build projects and historical renovations. The company has been building since its founding in 1990 and says it has worked in mountain, plains, sand, clay and bedrock conditions. Green building practices guide its work, and its historical experience covers both single and multi-residence buildings.

Projects can start with design. The company can work alongside a client's architect or handle full service design, including engineered blueprints ready for permitting. Brad Pederson, the president and founder, is the main point of contact and is reachable by phone or text nearly around the clock for clients, architects and designers. The office is in Lafayette, and crews serve Boulder, Louisville, Longmont, Thornton and other nearby towns.
