Front Range Eye Health Center

Front Range Eye Health Center is an eye care practice offering comprehensive eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses, and management of eye diseases such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. The center also provides pediatric eye exams and myopia management for children.

The practice has a team of optometrists and an in-house optical shop, and it takes emergency eye care calls. Patients can request appointments by phone or online. The office is on Summit View Drive in Louisville, near the corner of Courtesy Road, and it is open weekday daytime hours with a half day on Saturdays.
