Monarch Dental Arts

Monarch Dental Arts is a dental practice built around biomimetic dentistry, which uses tooth-colored fillings, porcelain crowns and other restorations meant to match the look, function and strength of natural teeth. Core services include fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, veneers, implants, clear aligners, teeth whitening and periodontal care. Dr. Anna Paholiouk, a Fellow of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry, leads the team and is the practice's main clinician.

The practice is accepting new patients. First visits are long by design, with Dr. Anna spending about 90 minutes learning about each patient's health history, lifestyle and goals, and exams and cleanings also take longer than at many offices. Digital x-rays and intraoral photos are used, and the practice uses metal-free and mercury-free materials. A membership plan is offered as an alternative to dental insurance. The office is in Rancho Mission Viejo and also serves Ladera Ranch, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.
